Happy Wellness Wednesday. Today, take time to show compassion toward others and yourself. Being in close proximity with even loved ones can be challenging for people who usually get recharged by spending more time alone. The self-quarantine period may not allow that kind of rehabilitation for you but do the little you can and take care of your mental health, because it matters a lot.
Watch out for your emotional health because it is a big indicator of your thought life. Thoughts have the power to bring anxiety, stress, worry, sadness, and fear into our hearts. They also have the power to produce peace, joy, gratitude, love, and freedom in our lives. For the most part, It is our choice.
